How it all began...
At midnight, on Christmas Eve-Eve, in 2010, my brother Quinn and I hustled and made 4 L of Egg-Nog and dozens of cookies for gifts, and Christmas Dinner. Ever since that fiasco filled night (it was an absolute nightmare but ended well!), there has been various renditions of our food and drink being shared with friends and family, but the one that emerged was Jellyfish.
The word "Jellyfish" has nothing to do with coffee, but is to invoke a mood, a feeling that is lacking in the city's cafes. We feel that the name, logo, and animal are unforgettable, fun, mysterious and deserve to be in the limelight.

In nearly every city, you can find dozens of Cafe Guides. But the problem is, there is nothing to tell you what coffees are currently available, at which locations they are sold or brewed, and how much longer they will be available. This specially curated menu -updated on the first of each month- will allow you to decide if you have time to save your next brew for your lazy Sunday, or if you need to race out on your next lunch break to avoid missing out! We hope to bring great value to the city of Calgary, which already has an outstanding coffee scene and highlight the roasters, cafes, and baristas bringing us what we seek. We invite you to join us on the adventure coffee leads us on. Try some fantastic drinks, meet some amazing people, and please remember;
